Employee Resource Groups

Curaleaf’s Employee Resource Groups [ERGs] are employee-led groups that foster a diverse and inclusive workspace. We’ve successfully implemented ERGs to connect our people with the services they need to thrive. Our current ERGs support women, the LGBTQIA+ community, the BIPOC community, working parents, and those interested in volunteerism.
