At Curaleaf, we want to make sure we make sure all patients can access the best medicine for their condition. Therefore, we created the Curaleaf Compassionate Care Program for registered CT medical marijuana patients who cannot afford the usual cost of their medical cannabis products.
Here’s how it works:
To be eligible for the program, a Patient in Need (PIN) must provide proof of receiving government-funded financial support services. See the application for a full list of acceptable types of aid.
Eligible Patients in need may buy a maximum of one (1) PIN formulary product (i.e. a product priced at $0.01/unit) every two weeks, with exceptions based on product availability and patient health status being made on a case-by-case basis by dispensary managers only
All qualified Patients may also order medical marijuana products from the dispensary facility’s normal menu at a 15% discount. The maximum amount of non-formulary cannabis products that a PIN patient may buy at a 15% discount is equal to their prescriber-designated 30-day supply limit.
