Curaleaf LLC, one of the state’s four licensed cannabis growers, received a special exception from Simsbury’s Planning and Zoning Commission Monday to move into a production facility at 34 Hopmeadow St. Curaleaf plans to renovate the interior of the production facility, previously housing Connecticut Light & Power, now Eversource Energy. The Curaleaf dispensary previously shared space with the cultivation facility, but the new store stands alone across the street.
